Problem Note 48819: Problems occur when working with the SAS® Strategy Management portlet in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

If you are working in the SAS Strategy Management portlet in the SAS Information Delivery Portal, you might encounter one of the following problems:

  • If you are viewing either the default scorecard or a scorecard that you selected in the Scorecard Hierarchy tile, the Table View tile could display the Default Element type (for example, Measure) and the Default Column selection (for example, All Attributes for Measure). However, if you select the project in the Scorecard Hierarchy tile followed by the scorecard that you were just viewing, that the Table View tile might not display the Default Element Type or the Default Column Selection as it had done previously.
  • If you modify column widths in a Strategy Management tile (for example, the Table View tile), and then select Save layout, you might find that if another Scorecard is selected, the column width settings are not maintained.
  • If you elect not to select Display association control in the Association View properties dialog box, then the Association View tile control panel might display Not found even though the Association View tile is displaying associations.

A hot fix is available to resolve these issues.

Contact SAS Technical Support to request the fix for these problems if you are using SAS Strategy Management 5.3.

Select the Hot Fix tab of this SAS Note if you are using SAS Strategy Management 5.4.
